BBroxy

Terms of Use

Applies to the Broxy Android application. Last updated: 23 August 2026

1. Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and RIBEA LTD about your use of the Broxy Android application. By installing or using the app you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.

2. What the app does

Broxy is a web browser with optional proxy servers, an advertising and tracker blocker, and a private browsing mode. It is provided free of charge and is supported by advertising.

3. What the app is not

Broxy is not a VPN and does not encrypt everything your phone does. It routes the traffic of its own browser through the selected proxy server; other apps on your phone are unaffected. It does not make you anonymous, and it cannot protect you against a website that identifies you because you signed in to it.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Broxy to break the law of your country or the country of the server you connect through. In particular you must not use it to:

We may block traffic and withdraw access to the proxy servers if they are used this way.

5. Availability

The app and the proxy servers are provided on an as-is basis. We do not promise that any particular server is available, that a given site will open through it, or that a connection will reach a particular speed. We may add, change or withdraw servers at any time.

6. Third-party content

The websites you open through Broxy are not ours. We do not control them, do not endorse them, and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data. The advertising shown in the app comes from third-party networks and is subject to their policies.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app, including lost data, lost profit or interrupted access. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.

9. Termination

You may stop using Broxy at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend access to the proxy servers if these terms are broken.
